Training
Training will be conducted on site at the clients' offices in a face-to-face classroom setting. Trainings are delivered on a wide variety of corporate trust topics and may include, but are not limited to: administration, operations, sales, relationship management, risk management and compliance, Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (CCTS) review and exam, and customized topics.

Training classes are delivered in full day (9:00-4:30) and half day (9:00-12:00 and 1:30-4:30) modules. Breaks of 10 minutes will be given periodically. Classes can be split into repeated half day sessions to allow staff coverage where desired.

Training will be delivered personally by Jeffrey J. Powell, where he brings his extensive experience to the process. The training will be interactive and engaging using real life examples from his actual experiences. Case study situations will be used to reinforce learning. The style he employs as a facilitator, rather than a lecturer, serves as a basis for in-depth discussion. His objective is to present a more customized training experience designed to meet the immediate needs of the individuals in the room. He actively encourages questions and discussions from every participant. Differing viewpoints are welcome with the goal of stimulating thought process surrounding issues impacting trustees.
